Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1730 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience Pacemakers. IV insulin protocols. Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI).

Unit Details General Med/Surg/Tele unit with adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling RTO: 5 days or less. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities, if needed.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
