Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in home health is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel within Napa County and Sonoma County for the Napa role
- Flexibility in scheduling is required as PTs create their own schedule
