Full job description
Dietary Aide – Adult Day Health- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: 7-3:30 M-F $16/hr
Join our team as a Dietary Aide supporting our Adult Day Health program in Worcester! In this role, you'll assist with food preparation and meal service for the individuals we support, keep the kitchen and dining area clean, and help create a warm, dignified mealtime experience.
What you'll do:
- Assist in preparing menu items following our dietary standards and procedures
- Keep food and supplies stocked, placing orders as needed
- Maintain clean, well-organized kitchen and dining equipment
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to your supervisor
- Support the dignity, choice, and independence of the individuals we serve
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Serve Safe Certification preferred but not required
