Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a collaborative imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure high image quality, and support accurate diagnoses across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will coordinate workflow, mentor sonographers and students, and champion patient-centered care. Partnering with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to quality improvement, safety, and best practices while working with advanced imaging technology in a mission-driven, community-focused health system.
