Pediatric Diabetes Nurse Educator

UF Health in Gainesville seeks a Diabetes Nurse Clinician in Pediatrics to provide specialized care and education for children and adolescents with diabetes and their families. In this role, you will coordinate individualized care plans, support insulin and technology management, and deliver evidence-based diabetes self-management education in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll collaborate closely with pediatric endocrinologists and the care team, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor staff while advancing UF Health’s mission of innovative, patient-centered care.
