About Frisco Automotive & Transmission

Frisco Automotive & Transmission is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers $50–$60 per flagged hour with weekly pay every Wednesday. The shop averages approximately 140 vehicles per week, providing consistent workflow and strong production opportunities for technicians who can diagnose and complete repairs independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
• Handle vehicles from diagnosis through completed repair
• Perform engine and transmission repairs
• Complete general mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Perform inspections and test drives
• Verify repairs and maintain quality workmanship
• Complete work in an environment consisting of approximately 40% diagnostics and 60% repair and service

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of automotive repair experience
• Experienced A-Level Technician preferred
• Strong B+ Technicians with advanced skills may be considered
• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
• Engine and transmission repair experience
• Ability to work independently
• Own professional technician tools
• European/German vehicle experience preferred
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
