You don’t need car sales experience. Some of our best Customer Specialists came from restaurants, retail, hospitality, and other service roles — places where building real connections with people is the job. If you love conversations, take pride in the experience you create, and want a career with a real future, we will teach you everything else.
The Opportunity:
• Base salary: $40,000
• First-year average: $60,000–$70,000
• Beyond year one: Uncapped — top performers earn well above $100K
• Paid training: Three and a half weeks, fully paid, before you hit the floor
• Growth: We promote from within — the path forward is real and well-worn
What You’ll Do
• Build genuine rapport and guide customers through the full sales process
• Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle features and financing options
• Use Walser’s CRM tools to track interactions and follow up after purchase

• Valid driver’s license • 18 years of age or older • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
