Full-time Opportunity

Salary Range: $76,900 - $87,300, depending upon licensure & years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads Personal Care and Health Services programs, ensuring high-quality care that meets resident needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to Personal Care team members.
  • Develops, updates, and communicates clinical policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and ensure support plans are effectively implemented.
  • Oversees medication management and the new resident admission process, including assessments, family communication, and care coordination.
  • Builds strong relationships with residents and families, addresses concerns, and provides ongoing education and training to support quality care and professional development.

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatric care, including two (2) years’ experience as a Charge Nurse in geriatric care with progressive experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Active RN or LPN license valid in the state of PA.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.
