• Support Executive Chef
• Uphold superior food and service standards while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
• Manage operational tasks, including ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and scheduling
• Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and the Events Manager to help plan and support menus and execute special events
