Support, you will be part of the Southeast Region Administrative Team supporting regional operations and office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: USA_Administrative Funct. Support
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range:
Shift: 8-5 or 7-4 PM, 1 HOUR LUNCH
What's the Job?
- Provide high-quality administrative support to regional teams and leadership
- Coordinate onboarding, IT requests, and fleet vehicle management
- Manage mail, shipping, and courier services efficiently
- Support office logistics, vendor management, and employee engagement activities
- Assist with technology tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP as needed

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
