Position Details
As a QMAP/Caregiver, you will provide dependable medication support and assist with occasional caregiving needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications within QMAP guidelines
- Supporting the client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Preparing light meals
- Completing light household chores
- Promoting comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
- Accurately documenting care and medication administration
