We're looking for a Service Manager to lead daily operations at our busy, family-oriented shop in Newtown Square, PA. What You'll Do

• Lead daily shop operations and keep workflow running efficiently
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and shop priorities
• Coach and support technicians and service staff
• Drive sales while maintaining customer trust
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Maintain organization and operational efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word in daily operations

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Service Advisor experience
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-driven with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required
