FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist dedicated to older adults in home and senior living settings. You will perform evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one functional therapy focused on safety, mobility, and fall prevention. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document thoroughly using EMR.
