Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Mississippi license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Unit Details: Patient population includes medical, ortho, general surgery, GIP, telemetry, and stepdown patients. Patient assignments may include several total-care patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift-day rotations alternate as follows: Rotation 1: Mon, Tues, Wed; Thurs, Fri, Sat; Sun, Thurs, Fri. Rotation 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri; Tues, Wed, Sat; Sun, Mon, Tues. Potential on-call requirement. Every 3rd weekend. Potential holiday requirement.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
