Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Support the developmental needs of children in a safe and engaging environment.
• Encourage positive interactions and relationships among children.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Assist in assessing and documenting children's growth and development.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in education preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Basic knowledge of child development principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check required.
