This facility operates with fewer than 300 beds and holds a Level IV trauma designation, providing urological services across inpatient and surgical settings. Established clinical protocols and administrative support systems are in place to facilitate effective urological care coordination throughout the assignment. Appropriate resources are available to support clinicians managing urological cases on-site.

Washington State offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests, from iconic urban landmarks to natural destinations such as Olympic National Park, Mount Rainier, and Deception Pass State Park. Clinicians on assignment may explore nature and wildlife tours, scenic ferry rides, and regional wineries, alongside lesser-known points of interest distributed throughout the state. The region provides diverse options for outdoor recreation and cultural exploration, making it a well-rounded destination for clinicians during their assignment.

The urologist will provide urological coverage across inpatient and operating room settings, working day shift with 24-hour call responsibilities for approximately 10-12 days per month. Call coverage is required, and the position is conducted entirely on-site. An active Washington state license or IMLC is required; board certification in Urology and BLS certification are required for consideration. The credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days, with the ability to grant temporary privileges.
