Full job description
Location: Kiel, WI
Hours: Monday-Friday (Start: 4:30a to 5:30a, End: 2p to 3p), Occasional 5 hour Saturdays (Start: 4:30a, End: 9:30a)
Pay: $25.13/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Job Description:
Set up and perform a wide variety of sheet metal operations involving shearing, forming, punching, deburring, and spot welding to achieve quality standards. Plan your sequence of activities working from sketches, blueprints, process sheets, established procedures, schedules, and general discussions. Perform complex layouts, setups, and inspections to achieve quality standards. Initiate corrective action to resolve complex problems with templates and tooling and make adjustments as required. Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices. Assist and advise others as required. Perform other miscellaneous duties as required. Provide own basic tools to efficiently perform the job.
