Full job description
Bounteous is seeking a CDP Consultant to help clients unlock the value of their customer data through Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), with a focus on Adobe Real-Time CDP. In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant helping organizations translate business goals into scalable CDP use cases that enable audience activation, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.
This position sits within our Technology team and works closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Marketing Strategists, and digital marketing specialists to bring data-driven customer experiences to life. The consultant leads discovery efforts, supports activation strategies, and partners with business and technical teams to design solutions that deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Success in this role requires a strong consulting mindset, a passion for marketing technology, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to better leverage customer data to power modern digital marketing.
While the immediate need is Adobe RTCDP expertise, candidates must be willing to learn and support a variety of CDP and marketing automation platforms in this role.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
