~ Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
~1:4 call schedule
~15 - 18 patients per day with 2 - 4 new consults
~ Both inpatient and outpatient work
~30% hematology, 70% oncology case mix
~100% adult patient population
~ We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
