Lead PMHNP / Psychiatric Clinical Leader

📍 New York | Hybrid / In-Person + Telehealth
🕐 10–20 hours of direct patient care per week + clinical leadership

Compensation & Benefits 

  • $145,000 - $233,400+inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring 

  • Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
  • Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
  • Active NPI number
  • 3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred 
  • Prior clinical supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care  
  • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children  
  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions  
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
