Seeking a part-time nanny for an active 11 month old!

I'm looking for a nanny for my 11 month old son! He's an active, curious and independent baby with a cheerful disposition. We'd love an active nanny who likes walks, going to the park, reading, art, and music. Must live nearby (<30 min commute). We are a low/no screen time family. Nonsmoking and CPR certified a must. Schedule: 7:45am-5pm Tuesday through Thursday with occasional Friday half-days Location: Kingfield (SW Minneapolis), in our home. *Baby has a medical condition, so comfort with giving oral medicine and occasionally using a nebulizer is requested (we will train!). We're looking for someone who can commit to the schedule with minimal exceptions. Both of us work outside the home!
