Licensed Practical Nurse

Oak Grove Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to at-risk youth in our residential treatment and education program. The LPN will administer medications, perform assessments, monitor vitals, and support treatment plans under RN/physician direction. Responsibilities include crisis intervention support, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with therapists, teachers, and direct care staff to promote safety, stabilization, and wellness.
