Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required with 6 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Will consider 18+ months of experience. Must be able to titrate drips, including heparin, Amio, Cardizem, and insulin drips. Must be able to interpret EKG.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro experience highly preferred.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Holiday PTO must be approved by the unit manager.

Unit Details: Central monitoring. Uses WOWs. Charge nurse takes a light patient assignment. Patient population includes patients with tracheostomies, CVA, TBI, spinal surgery, encephalopathy, ESRD, psych issues, and brain tumors. Fast-paced, high-turnaround unit.

Shift & Scheduling: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks; weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Holidays based on unit coverage.

Floating Requirements: First to float to MS/Tele units; may also float to Westgate or AZ General Laveen.
