What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
• Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.

Work Environment

• This role is a night shift position (5pm-5am) and operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
