Direct Hire | Permanent Position Germantown, WI $30.00 - $40.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Higher rates available for candidates with advanced automation/controls skills 10% Shift Differential for Nights

Schedule
12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Work only 15 days per month on average
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
- Overtime opportunities are readily available
- Ability to pick up additional shifts on the opposite crew

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep production equipment running safely and efficiently by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on molding and production equipment
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly
- Support automation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain HVAC, compressed air, chiller systems, and facility equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Complete maintenance documentation and repair records
- Assist with machine setups and equipment calibration
- Perform emergency repairs during production as needed
- Provide feedback on maintenance procedures and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic prints
- Basic understanding of PLCs or ladder logic
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Technical degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
