Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT degree.
• Type of certification required: PT

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: varies
• Coverage area: Somerset County
• Mileage reimbursed between visits.
• Top responsibilities include evaluations, start of cares, OASIS visits, and return/supervisor visits.
