Patient Care Associate - Uni-SHB

Sinai Hospital's Intermediate Care Unit is a 36-bed ICU step-down unit caring for stable, critically ill adult patients who need close monitoring and frequent intervention. Each private room is equipped with full hemodynamic monitoring, and the unit's broad case mix spans neurologic, respiratory, cardiac, renal, and other complex conditions, giving nurses wide exposure in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Summary:
Under the direction of the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care. Unified by the core purpose of creating a healthier community one person at a time, the members of the Division of Patient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. Each employee is obligated to deliver highly reliable care while adhering to all National Patient Safety Goals.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification
• Current Maryland CNA certification (CNA-I or CNA-II)

Pay: $20.00 (Union affiliated)
