Lead Sonographer

Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia facilities. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensuring accurate imaging, adherence to clinical protocols, and compassionate, patient-centered care. You will mentor sonographers, support training, and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to inform diagnosis and treatment. The Lead Sonographer helps optimize workflow, maintains imaging equipment, and contributes to quality improvement, advancing outcomes in a collaborative, inclusive, and learning-focused environment.
