Call only ‐‐ 8 days of on‐call per month (24‐hour shifts)
Recovery day provided following each call shift
Average of 2,000 deliveries per year
Inpatient only ‐‐ balance of obstetrics and gynecology
Midwives available 12 hours per day for support
Level III NICU support on site
High and low risk pregnancy management required
