Inpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health

Beckett Springs, a leading mental health and addiction treatment facility in West Chester, OH, is seeking an Inpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults and adolescents in an inpatient setting, using evidence-based modalities to support recovery and long-term wellness. You will complete assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and coordinate discharge and aftercare. Working within a supportive, patient-centered, multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate, stigma-free care while maintaining thorough clinical documentation and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
