Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2340 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 2 years within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Required Skills/Experience: - Travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered. - Experience with a large hospital, busy environment.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: - Adult medical/surgical patients, including patients with behavioral disturbances. - Uses telemetry, Philips monitors, bladder scanner, AcuVein, and Omnicell. - Nurse-to-patient ratios: 5:1 on days, 6:1 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day/night rotation with every other weekend and holiday. - Rotation timing varies by unit needs and may include multiple weeks of days or nights at a time. - Self-scheduling is allowed, but only contract-listed days off are guaranteed; self-scheduled shifts may be adjusted to balance the unit. - Scheduling is managed to avoid frequent flipping between days and nights.

Floating Requirements: - Must float to any med/surg unit across all three Fargo campuses as needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
