Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

to join our well-established, growing Primary Care team in Loveland, Colorado!

If you are looking for a collaborative, supportive outpatient environment with flexible scheduling and a team that truly works well together look no further!

In this role, you will have your own patient panel with clinical responsibilities including all ages, wellness, preventive care, and chronic disease management, as well as specialized procedures based on candidate interest.

Some additional details about the position:

Growing, recently remodeled clinic with an engaged, supportive team
Four-day workweek (4x10s)
Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-5:30 PM | Rotating Saturday coverage (approximately every 9 weeks) 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Light call phone consult only (1-2 weeks per year)
Patient Load: 18 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services
Minimum Requirements

FNP or PA designation with Colorado license eligibility
DEA with prescriptive authority required
1+ year of primary care experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Patient-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000

, based on experience
