Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of athletes and active adults, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and guide patients through injury prevention and performance programs. Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team, participate in mentorship and continuing education, and contribute to a patient-centered, community-focused culture across our Phoenix-area clinics.
