In this role, you will coordinate patient assignments, support and mentor unit nurses, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse adult medical-surgical populations. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, oversee admissions and discharges, manage patient flow, and respond to emergencies.
