Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates is a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy practice throughout Montgomery, Berks and Chester Counties. It is our mission to provide the most effective and, state-of the-art physical therapy services to relieve pain, restore function, and return you to the highest quality of life possible. We have 5 locations located in Montgomery, Chester, and Berks County.


We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Director to join our growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville, PA! As a Manager Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches, as well as:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. 
  • Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care. 
  • Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations. 
  • Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. 
  • Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. 
  • Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement. 
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
  • Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management. 

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
