RN Intake Coordinator

Adventist Health seeks an RN Intake Coordinator to guide patients into our faith-based, whole-person care system. In this role, you’ll perform clinical intake assessments, triage needs, and coordinate timely access to hospital, clinic, and home care services. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to streamline admissions, referrals, and transitions of care while educating patients and families on next steps. Working in a mission-driven, compassionate environment, you’ll use your clinical judgment, EMR skills, and communication abilities to ensure safe, efficient, and dignified patient access to care.
