RN Acute Care Transition Specialties Unit

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Transition Specialties Unit. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with complex and evolving needs, focusing on safe transitions between levels of care. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, IV and medication management, monitoring changes in condition, coordinating discharges, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers in a supportive, academic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, with strong opportunities for growth and specialty development.
