$2000 Sign-on Bonus

  • $1000 after 6 months of working
  • $1000 after 12 months of working

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Installs, repairs, operates, and maintains all HVAC and Mechanical systems within the Hospital.

Essential Functions:

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots HVAC system and equipment issues.
  • Tests HVAC systems and components for proper functioning.
  • Cleans HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper performance.
  • Calibrates HVAC systems and equipment to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Keeps accurate records of all HVAC system and equipment maintenance and repairs.


Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associate's Degreein HVAC, Facility Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical or Electronics, preferred.


Licensure Requirement:

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.


Certifications:

EPA Universal Certification, preferred.
