Registered Respiratory Therapist Critical Care

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for our critical care team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver advanced respiratory care to acutely ill patients, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and emergency airway support. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes. The therapist will follow evidence‑based protocols, maintain accurate documentation, ensure equipment safety, and educate patients and families while contributing to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
