- Schedule: Clinic + Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS), Active Wisconsin license required or IMLC
