Full job description
We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Supervisor, specializing in healthcare
This person must have excellent project management skills and be able to foster a cohesive company-wide-team approach to quality improvement.

Healthcare Compliance Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Must have Experience within the Applied Self-Direction (ASD) and/or CMS environment
- Must possess extensive expertise in compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements specific to a fiscal agent organization.
- Support Quality and Compliance, Program Managers, and Operations teams.
- Must respond to internal and external requests for information, audits, subpoenas, complaints, and surveys
- Must have excellent project management skills ann team approach
- Must be a self starter with limited supervision and have high standards of integrity and honesty
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, task oriented, good interpersonal skills, patience, perseverance, and follow through skills
- Must have knowledge of basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and internet e-mail experience
- Must have Valid driver’s license within state of residence & Valid Auto insurance
Healthcare Compliance Supervisor Preferred Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or other related field, or equivalent years of experience in social services, financial management or human resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, healthcare administration, Medicaid programs, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, including clients, state entities, and colleagues
- Ability to interact with client base that has varying levels of ability, educational backgrounds, authority, and ethnicities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
