What You'll Do
* Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals
* Coach and support the team to meet performance goals
* Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up
* Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance
* Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience
* Step in to lead the store when needed
Leadership
* Supervise and support a small team (1-3 employees)
* Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
* Help train team members on sales and customer experience
Requirements:
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong background in sales or retail
* Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Results-driven, organized, and reliable
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage
