Scheduling Coordinator

Temporary Position with Opportunity for Permanent Part-Time

Frontier Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our amazing team!

We’re seeking someone to cover a maternity leave from mid-August through mid-September, with the opportunity to stay on in a permanent part-time role on Fridays, and potentially additional days as our practice continues to grow.

If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping schedules full, and creating an exceptional patient experience, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Fill openings and manage cancellations
• Answer phones with a warm, professional attitude
• Help keep the schedule productive and efficient
• Support our team in delivering outstanding patient care

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, positive, and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Dental experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with a great attitude!

Position Details:

• Temporary: Mid-August through Mid-September (Maternity Leave Coverage)
• Potential Permanent Opportunity: Fridays, with the possibility of additional days as the practice continues to grow.
