Job Description:

- Provides comprehensive administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention and other key members of the LP leadership team.
- Managers and maintains complex executive calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, travel, and business commitments; screens and prioritizes communications to ensure timely follow-up on critical items.
- Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation and expense reporting.
- Coordinates meetings and prepares agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
- Manages confidential communications, reports, and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
- Supports department operations, including supply ordering, team events, and administrative processes; partners with field and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and leadership initiatives.
- Engages appropriate business partners to resolve issues and facilitate efficient workflow across departments.
- May provide functional guidance and training to administrative and support staff within the division.
- Analyzes operating practices and recommends or implements process improvements, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Organizes and maintains department files, records, and administrative systems.
- Oversees and monitors administrative projects and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
- Administers timekeeping processes and supports payroll activities for department non-exempt associates.
- Provides back-up support to other Adminstrative professionals during vacations, leaves, and other absences.
- Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members, business partners and other administrative professionals.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, take direction well and contribute as a team player.
- Strong focus, initiative, and follow-through with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
- Resourceful problem-solver who leverages relationships and available resources to resolve issues efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
