Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform advanced sonographic exams, oversee daily workflow, and serve as a clinical resource for a team of sonographers. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate imaging and compassionate care. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supporting orientation and ongoing education, maintaining equipment standards, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives within our collaborative, community-focused health system.
