Director of Emergency Department Services

St. David's Medical Center seeks a Director of Emergency Services to lead our Emergency Services department in a high-acuity, patient-centered environment. The Director will oversee clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role partners closely with physicians and hospital leadership to drive throughput, patient safety, and exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader with strong ED background, proven team-building skills, and a passion for compassionate, evidence-based emergency care in a fast-paced setting.
