Director of Operations Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
• Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!

• Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!

Director of Operations Qualifications Include:

• An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being a member of a team!
• Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
• 4+ years of experience in a Director or above role with experience overseeing at least 20 locations!
• Current Serv Safe Certification!
• Expert financial profit and loss experience!
• Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
