An Ideal candidate for this position will have 4 + years of experience leading commercial real estate transactions that include acquisitions, dispositions and lease negotiations.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in New York
• 4 + years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, financings, and leasing
• Experience representing nonprofits or developers in tax-credit and affordable housing transactions
• Well-versed in negotiating JVs, lender agreements, and complex real estate contracts
