Service Technician | Glen Ellen Apartments | Long Branch, NJ

Join our team at Glen Ellen Apartments, a 92-unit apartment community in Long Branch, NJ! We're looking for a motivated Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
$15 per day on-call compensation
$300 Quarterly Essentials Bonus

What You'll Do

Complete service requests and maintenance repairs
Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Participate in the on-call rotation
Provide outstanding customer service to residents

What We're Looking For

Maintenance, construction, facilities, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
