Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active MA state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
New graduates not accepted.
Familiarity with the Raintree EMR preferred.
Completion of assigned healthstream modules prior to start is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating spinal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, shoulder impingement, balance impairment, and athletic injuries.
Comfort with productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week.
Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Schedule requires availability for two evenings per week until 19:30.
Clinic hours operate weekdays with typical hours 07:00–18:00 Monday–Friday.
Open to 4x10 schedules.
